Holiday Pavilion Resort On The Boardwalk Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach

I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable but not ready until 3:30, and the cleanliness, especially the stains on the carpets, sofas, and chairs, was a big downside. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster with friendly moments but also instances of slow and inattentive behavior and even getting yelled at for using the microwave. The location was convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants but had some drawbacks like the small, crowded spaces and distant parking. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with limited food options but still some enjoyable offerings. Overall, it was an average experience with both positives and negatives.

The hotel is wonderfully located, close to shops and restaurants, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, although there was a slight odor in the living room area. The property is well-equipped and conveniently situated.
